Scope and Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors (“Visitor” or “Visitors”)
who purchase, receive, transfer, or use a ticket (“Ticket”) to attend any event, concert, show,
or program (“Event”) organized by LEMA Entertainment (“Organizer”). By purchasing,
holding, or using a Ticket, or by entering the Event venue, the Visitor acknowledges and
accepts all provisions of these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between
the Organizer and the Visitor.Formation of Contract & Purchase Process
An agreement between the Visitor and the Organizer is concluded once:
(a) the Visitor selects and purchases a Ticket through an authorized sales channel;
(b) the Organizer or its ticketing partner confirms payment; and
(c) an electronic ticket or confirmation is issued.
All Ticket purchases are subject to availability. Organizer may cancel any suspected
fraudulent or abusive transactions. All prices may include or exclude taxes, service fees, or
transaction costs, which are non-refundable unless required by law.Ticket License, Validity, Transfer & Resale Restrictions
A Ticket grants a personal, limited, revocable license to attend the Event. Tickets remain at
all times the property of the Organizer. Tickets may be transferred to another individual,
provided that:
(a) the Ticket is not resold for a price higher than the original purchase price;
(b) the transferee accepts these Terms; and
(c) the transfer complies with identity or security checks.
Unauthorized commercial resale, speculative resale, or sale above face value is strictly
prohibited. Tickets purchased through unauthorized platforms may be voided without refund.Admission, Identification & Venue Entry
Organizer may require Visitors to present a valid government-issued ID for entry. Admission
may be refused or revoked without refund if a Visitor:
(a) is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
(b) behaves aggressively, disruptively, or dangerously;
(c) refuses to comply with security checks;
(d) carries prohibited items; or
(e) poses a risk to public order or safety.
Late arrival may result in delayed entry without refund.Security Procedures & Prohibited Items
For safety purposes, security staff may conduct bag checks, body searches, metal detection
scans, and item seizures. Visitors must comply with all security instructions. Prohibited items
include, but are not limited to:
• weapons, knives, sharp objects;
• illegal drugs or controlled substances;
• alcohol (unless purchased onsite);
• fireworks, explosives, flares;
• glass bottles, cans, hazardous materials;
• professional camera, video, or audio equipment without authorization;
• drones or remote-controlled devices;
• banners, flags, or signs with political, offensive, or provocative messaging.
6. House Rules & On-Site Conduct
Visitors must follow all venue rules and instructions from staff, security, emergency services,
and authorities. Violations may result in removal without refund. Visitors may not:
• engage in violence, harassment, or threatening behavior;
• climb fences, structures, or restricted areas;
• throw objects;
• obstruct staff or performers;
• distribute pamphlets, sell goods, or conduct commercial activities without permission.
7. Event Program, Schedule & Artist Line-Up
Organizer may change the Event schedule, program, location, or line-up at any time. Such
changes - including artist substitutions, delays, or changes in performance order - do not
entitle Visitors to refunds.
8. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Refund Policy (70% Refund Rule)
If the Event is fully cancelled, Visitors are entitled to a refund equal to 70% of the original
Ticket price. Fees and surcharges are non-refundable unless legally required. If the Event is
postponed, Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Visitors who cannot attend the
new date may request a 70% refund within the period announced by the Organizer. Refunds
are not available for:
• personal scheduling conflicts;
• dissatisfaction with the line-up or program;
• weather conditions except in case of full cancellation.
9. Force Majeure
Organizer is not liable for failure or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable
control, including:
• severe weather or natural disasters;
• pandemics, epidemics, public-health restrictions;
• government measures or venue closures;
• terrorism, security threats, war, riots, civil unrest;
• strikes, labor disputes, or technical failures;
• illness or unavailability of performers.
10. Cultural Sensitivity, Respect & Removal Policy
Because Events may involve Afghan cultural entertainment, Visitors must behave
respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited:
• discriminatory or hateful speech;
• harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful behavior;
• political messaging, banners, or demonstrations;
• actions that disturb cultural harmony or the Event atmosphere.
Organizer may remove any Visitor violating these rules without refund.
Photography, Filming & Recording
Visitors consent to being photographed or recorded by Organizer or its partners. These
images may be used for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
Personal photography is allowed unless restricted by artists or security. Professional
recording equipment requires written authorization.Sound Levels, Lighting Effects & Health Risks
Events may include loud sound levels, bass vibrations, strobe lights, lasers, flashing effects,
and pyrotechnics. Visitors attend at their own risk and are responsible for protective
measures. Organizer is not liable for hearing damage or health issues except in cases of
gross negligence.Visitor Liability & Responsibility for Damages
Visitors are liable for any damage they cause to the venue, equipment, staff, or other
Visitors. Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Claims must be reported immediately to staff.Venue Facilities, Lockers, Cashless Payments & Additional Services
If lockers, tokens, wristbands, or cashless systems are provided, Visitors are responsible for
secure use. Organizer is not responsible for:
• lost or stolen locker keys;
• forgotten locker codes;
• unused tokens or unspent credit;
• parking damage or theft.
Additional services may be subject to separate terms.Prohibited Activities
Visitors may not:
• engage in unauthorized commercial activity;
• sell merchandise, food, beverages, or substances;
• conduct interviews, press activities, or professional photography without permission;
• block access routes, emergency exits, or staff areas.Medical Assistance & Emergency Situations
Organizer may provide first-aid personnel but is not responsible for medical outcomes.
Visitors must follow emergency instructions. Serious incidents may be reported to
authorities.Privacy, Data Processing & GDPR Compliance
Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection
Regulation (AVG). Data may be used for:
• ticket processing and verification;
• security and fraud prevention;
• communication before and after the Event;
• operational improvements.
Visitors may request access, correction, or deletion of their data as permitted by law.Entire Agreement & Modifications
These Terms form the entire agreement between Organizer and Visitor. Organizer may
update these Terms; the latest version applies upon publication. Conflicting external
conditions are invalid unless approved in writing.
19.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved by the
competent courts in the Netherlands unless mandatory provisions apply.
