Access to the event

1. LEMA Entertainment was founded to organize high-quality Afghan concerts. Our events revolve around one central goal: creating an unforgettable experience for the audience. From venue selection to visual storytelling, every element is crafted with precision and passion by a dedicated and professional team of event managers, creatives, and other experts from the international music industry. Together, we combine our knowledge and energy to produce events that excel artistically and add lasting value to the cultural community. Our mission is to develop inclusive and culturally rich experiences that bring the beauty and authenticity of Afghan music to life.

2. Ticket policy. Entry to the event is only permitted with a valid ticket issued by LEMA Entertainment or its o1icial partners. Guests are required to present a valid ticket, either printed or digital, upon entering the venue.

3. Dress code. There is generally no strict dress code; however, LEMA Entertainment aims to maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere at all our events. Guests are expected to dress in an appropriate and presentable manner. LEMA Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose attire is deemed unsuitable. Admission may be denied in particular to individuals wearing sportswear, swimwear, flip-flops, or face coverings. Caps and shoulder bags are permitted, provided the overall appearance remains appropriate.

4. Food/drinks. Bringing outside food or beverages into any LEMA Entertainment event is strictly prohibited. Guests may only consume food and drinks purchased within the venue. In certain locations, such as theaters or concert halls, it may also be prohibited to bring food or drinks into the auditorium or seating areas. Any such restrictions will be clearly communicated in advance.

5. Bag policy. For safety reasons, security personnel may conduct bag inspections at the entrance or anywhere within the event premises. By attending a LEMA Entertainment event, visitors agree to fully cooperate with these checks when requested. Any items deemed dangerous, prohibited, or inappropriate by security sta1 will be confiscated and will not be returned.

6. Readmission policy. Upon entering the event, all visitors will receive a wristband or hand stamp as proof of admission. Guests are allowed to leave and reenter the venue, provided the wristband or stamp can be clearly presented upon return. Security personnel are authorized to verify the validity of wristbands or stamps at any time and to monitor seating areas to ensure that only designated seats are occupied

Illegal Items, Smoking & Drugs

Anyone attempting to enter a LEMA event while visibly under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances will be denied access, and no reimbursement of tickets and/or travel costs will be provided. Possession of drugs or illegal items (such as weapons) will result in immediate police involvement, and the individual will receive a lifetime ban from all LEMA events. Carrying weapons or objects that can be used as weapons is strictly prohibited. If detected, you will be handed over to the police.

Surrounding Residents

We kindly ask visitors to respect the well-being of residents living near the event location. Please park vehicles only in designated areas, refrain from public urination, respect private property and residents’ need for rest, and avoid leaving litter in or around the site.

Promotion, Photo & Video policy and Privacy

The distribution of promotional materials and/or the selling of goods at the event or in its immediate vicinity is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted by the organization.

We want you to fully enjoy your experience at LEMA. Taking photos and videos for personal use with a smartphone is allowed. However, filming or photography for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Professional camera equipment is not permitted inside the venue and may be confiscated upon entry.

We work with a professional in-house team of photographers and videographers who capture the highlights of each event. Their content will be shared on our social channels after the event. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team. Such material may be used on our social channels or other platforms for promotional purposes. For more details, please consult our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform our sta1 on-site and avoid posing for pictures.

The venue may use 24-hour camera surveillance. In the event of disturbances or incidents, recordings may be shared with third parties, including law enforcement.
